    AT exhaust bracket question

So on my '90 325i sedan, I discovered that the exhaust bracket connecting the automatic transmission to the catalytic converter was not attached... just hanging loose there. Not sure when in my cars history this was ommitted, but I am attempting to reconnect it. There does not appear to be anything broken, but it's unclear to me how this goes together, and my Bentleys doesn't show any detailed pics. Would someone mind posting up a snapshot or two of a properly installed bracket please?

I hate those things!! I think the rubber insert has a stud and then a nut threads on.

Thats my best guess too... I ended up halfway threading on one nut to the stud coming through the rubber insert of the support; threaded on the second stud onto the remaining half of threads; mounted the pipe to that stud via the slot: and tightened on the second nut (just gut-und-tight). Seems pretty flimsy, but I hope I guessed right, and that the rear pipe section provedes the adequate support.
