Thanks man. Gonna be getting new longtube headers, into a y pipe, into a single m80 or hushpower muffler, y pipe it again and have dual rear pipes with my tax returns. :)

Yeah I'm amazed of how that sounds, sounds pretty close to mine, and I got a cat (that doesn't do anything) and no muffler. but I'm throwing on a $10 slightly rusty stock muffler on until I can afford something nice. Like a remus or something. But that's all after TUUUURRRBO.

I wouldnt bother with any mufflers until after your turbo, the single downpipe from the back of it will make any dual in dual out muffler useless.
Im going full exhaust,amf/maf swap, war chip, 2.8 stroke and head work with my car. Cam in the future when i have a more stable job. Deliver pizza currently so ported heads, full exhaust and free flow intake will help with flow, and mpg if i stay under 3 grand. Soon as i go over that ~powerband~ BWAHHHHH VWAHHHHHHHH xD

I'm hunting for an exhaust right now, narrowed it down to these two:

                  Stromung

                  Eisenmann

If you have the money get the Eisenmann exhaust, its rare but honestly a custom mandrel bent 2.5 will do just make them do a flange system if you dont want it welded.

Yeh I have the dough, but it's like $359 for the Stromung, vs $1037 for the E30 Eisenmann (or $1300 for the E36 Euro M3 one, that has dual 2.5" inlets).

On a car with an Eaton M90, I think 2.5" single is plenty. There'll be some boost, but I'm not setting the house on fire.

Where are you seeing the Stromung for $359?

That email must've been hypnotic cause the cheapest E30 is $479.

So, is the Eisenman actually worth ~$500 more, or is the Stromung good enough?
