meh, i got lazy and made a Y pipe at the very end of the cat back, just cut the old e30 muffler off, strung this new one up in there and welded it all back up, it sounds pretty good on a M20B25, would sound better without cats IMO

Wouldn't it be optimal to keep it original, at least as far as not bringing the exhaust pipe to a single anywhere?

I have this exact one on my car, sounds F***ING AMAZING... seriously, this exhaust 'makes' my car, its strangled to a single pipe after the cats, but damn, it sounds mint, and looks clean... I love those tips

yup , it will flow as good as a 2.5 inlet .

go to justmagnaflow.com , the same muffler goes for 152 + free shipping. i havent heard any on e30s becides videos and they do sound great , and with a 152 bux you honestly cant go wrong.

only thing i dont like is that it has a 2.25" inlet, and i'd rather have a 2.5" inlet, which they dont seem to have. their race series has 3" inlets, so i may just go with those, i like how the magnaflows sound on the bmw's from what i've heard so far.
