Exhaust Inserts.. opinions..

My custom 2.25" exhaust is a little too loud for my taste, so I was doing some internet searching and found these on JEGS.....

Any thoughts? I need to quiet it down a bit. The 1 magnaflow muffler isn't exactly cutting it and I don't want a ticket...

open header is more fun anyway. thats what i run 3/4 of the time.

fuzz, isn't driving with open headers bad for the valves? or are you driving with downpipes only?
