Magnaflow on an eta

My exhaust: 2.5" custom mandrel bent catback w/ straight through magnaflow muffler behind a stock eta.

Not the best quality sound (a little static) but you get the idea:

Around 2000rpm, which used to be a problem around town and on the highway w/ 2.93 gears, but not an issue as much any more w/ 4.10 gears. I also have no trunk tar, and the heat shield above the stock muffler is gone.

Sounds almost exactly like mine. I have a Magnaflow on my car, I loooooove it. Great sound, and it flows very well.

Sometime this year I'm going to have a new exhuast system made, and probably still keep this muffler or get a new Magnaflow.

In about a month, I hope to finish my exhaust off with Bavauto headerz and a highflow cat/test pipe. Should be loud but sound sweet.

Here is what an e30 with a fat hole in the exaust sounds like. I also have a magnaflow but it dosent really matter anymore. It was a little too bassy for my little camera.

I know that noise all too well. The exhaust on my beater fell off after the cat over the summer. I drove it a couple weeks w/ just an open cat. Loud as fuck.

Yeah, I love it. If I were to stay a stock eta for a good long time, I'd prolly bump it down to a 3.73 or so. But man does it liven up the car. Pulls like crazy on the highway.

Sounds really good and since I need a new exhaust, this would be perfect.

The rest of the exhaust I bought pipe and cut and welded it myself, so I can't really help you there.

nice you went with the same one that I want, the short body magnaflow. those are really nice at WOT with a great idle.
