2 inlet to 1 outlet? does it matter?

yea i currently have an "i" exhaust "2in 2out" on my eta and im in the market to buy a new muffler, found out mine has 2 holes. now my question is would it matter if i buy something like 1 in and 1 out? or 1 in 2 out? or 2 in 1 out? lol confused yet? or should i find a 2in 2 out muffler. dont want to seem cheap but the 2in 2out is twice as much as the other ones so would it even matter performance wise? thanks!

It may have the smallest effect on flow but it shouldn't be a big deal. A single tip out back sure doesn't look as nice though.

First off, you need either a 2in muffler or a y-pipe to bring your 2 pipe exhaust into one pipe. Basically your easiest 2 options are a 2in-2out or 2in-1out muffler. Under $100? Magnaflow. Check Justmagnaflow.com for the best prices and free shipping.
