E30/m50 question.

Hey guys,

So i plan on using my stock e30 exhaust with a e30 triflo cat back. I want to use the m50 section i got with the motor. Its the part from the headers cut to right before the cat.

What are the pipes made of? Both the e30 and the e34 ones?

One more thing, can i use my e30 o2 sensor or do i have to get the e34 one?

any custom wiring? The only plug that looks like 02 on my e34 harness has 6 pins not 4 like my e30s.

Strange. Mine has the same O2 sensor connection as the e30.

That is weird. What harness do you have? Maybe its a e34 deal?

I have a 95 325i wiring harness.

Are there any issues with using the e30 catback? I have a supersprint and I'd like to keep it with my s50. Any known issues?

No known ones. It might be a little restrictive for the s50 but im sure it will work.

I figured it out. The o2 sensor plug in on the wrong side of the motor hahaha. I was looking at the maf plug. Its almost the same just with 6 pins. Boy do i feel silly.
