cherry bomb Turbo muffler?? install or not install

So i need a new muffler and i picked up a cherry bomb turbo 2.5" i can weld it up myself, but would it be ideal? like not sound too loud or unhealthy? im still runnung the stock cat-convertor.

It's only a turbo muffler, so it shouldn't be that loud.

Thats what my PO put on my car... It sounds awesome at idle and incredible at WOT, but damm the harmonics while cruising at 2000 - 3000 rpms.

Sucks for everyday driving due to the loudness and low frequency harmonics in the cabin. They drown out everything. But it sure sounds nice at the ax and track...

RIght now I am trying to figure out what to replace it with.
