what has happened to this thred....

Also, is it weird that I think that grey "B6 alpina" would look really good with some different wheels? The more I see those depo taillights the more i kinda like them... I think something is wrong

Wait, to clarify. I have an "i" exhaust from the headers to the muffler lying around... I can put that on my "e" without a problem right? Has nothing to do with performance, just to have a functional exhaust...

You should get two sticks of exhaust piping and teach them to fight. That's the only way to get exhaust to duel.

If I were you I'd post the question on e30tech or roadfly or bimmerforums - We are a bunch of sticks up our ass e30 snobs here (well not really - s14.net has set the bar pretty high)

No, the M30 adds so much weight to the front of the car that even in a drag type race the eta (aka "e") wins.

                        Hope that helps...

That Alpina looks clean - but I don't see the point of dual exhaust - there's no benefit. In early mornings when condensation comes out - it will come out of the left exit a bit more than the right, because the exhaust has to travel faster. It just doesn't make sense.

If you split the exhaust before the dif (somehow) and made both sides equal, it MIGHT be cool. but, the way that alpina has it, it's just pointless.

Not to mention I like my spare.
