    Cat life?

I am finally getting rid of my loud as shit B&B Tri-flo, and going with the IE cat back after asking many of you which one to get.

My question is if I should put a new cat on while I am in there and if so which one to get.

I had a Cat put on back in 2002 and have about 75k on it. Should I get a new cat? Which one? Thanks.

If your car is tuned properly the cat should last much longer. By definition, a "catalyst" isn't ever depleted in a reaction.
I would take it through a DEQ station and have it tested. It's only like $21 in Oregon and they give you the printout... should give you an indication of its condition.
