Remus vs Supersprint cat back?

Finally decided the Scorpion cat back is too loud on my Cabrio.

Looking for more growl than stock but subtle over obnoxious.

Considered the IE, but hate to hang Chinese parts under her.

Was about to order the Remus but wondering if the Supersprint would be a better choice, Looks are important as I don't think I'll be sporting a rear apron on her.

the supersprint is pretty quiet but sounds nice. The Remus is louder, but definitely quieter then the scorpion catback. I always thought either strommung or remus were the best sounding catbacks for m20 motors.

remus tips stick out alot if you don't have a rear apron.

Thanks for the sound clips and pics. I just ordered the Remus from Bavauto and gonna pick it up later today. For folks interested in the Scorpion, gonna hang on to it for a few days after the Remus is installed, just to be sure I'm 100% happy with the new exhaust. The Scorpion has only been on about 6 months, but sorry I'm not tech savy enough to post a sound clip of it.

Update: The Remus is on as of Friday night, fit and build are superb.

Came with an EEC and TUV certificate which is very cool.

Sounds good, has a nice growl and my girl is now happy as she hated the Scorpion.

I will miss the SCREAM of that Scorpion at WOT though...but its now officially up for grabs, will post pics in the FS section if its still available tomorrow night.
