The Exhaust Thread

In my search for information about as many possible exhaust setups as I could find, I finally gave up trying to put together all the setups I could find in one list, so this is my attempt to get as many setups as possible in one place, so that I, and I'm sure many more people to come, won't have to dig around in the r3v vaults for information on exhaust setups.

Please post name of parts involved, pics, sound clips (or at least description of how it sounds), where to buy (w/ part #s if possible), approximate cost(s), ease-of-installation/fitment, and your general interpretation of the setup
