Long Tubes with a x pipe to a single. One small resonator. 280/274 cam idling. -
'89 325i 2.5L M20B25
3'' Miller MAF w/19# injectors and rough tune
Ireland Engineering long tube race headers merged about 36'' back into a catless 2.5'' system running two 1141 Vibrant resonators stacked inline where the cats would be and an 1148 Vibrant muffler.

Not sure how to embed the vid but clicking it should send you to the flickr site. Video was taken with a decent dash cam. Audio is of course from within the car, windows down, radio on. Meh

All work created by me only welding is not mine.
Yes it is, I have spent a lot of money and time for this exhaust but when I am driving with this terrific sound every spent cent is worth of that.Leave a comment:

ahhh just read this
"Although nominally down by 36 bhp against the 3.0L E36 M3 (250 bhp vs 286 bhp) the peak torque figures are exactly the same but the torque curve is much flatter for the B3 with the peak arriving earlier and staying longer. This makes the power far more accessible and easier to use under normal road conditions. Granted if may lose out to the M3 on a track but it is far more tractable on the public road and the smooth, under-stressed engine is less likely to go "Bang!" on you!"
I never knew of such a beast.......sounds lovely
so no indiv t bodies etc etc
did u make the exhaust.....or a shop?...I'm wondering about costs.......I know what that would cost here...Leave a comment:
