Found a website that sells the stainless steel clamps with the flanges for less than $30. They deal mainly with silicone hoses and other turbo piping parts. Check out siliconeintakes.com if you are looking for reasonably priced connector parts.
I want to use a v band clamp on the rear section of my exhaust and spent well over a couple of hours looking for decent prices. Some places want over $100 for a single clamp with the 2 flanges!
I also discovered the clamp sizing is not what I thought. For example I am using 2.5" pipe from the convertor to the muffler, so a 2.5" clamp should work, but this site has the actual dimensions of the flanges, so it turns out I need a 3" clamp and flanges to keep the ID of the pipe at 2.5".
