Convertible drivers...what exhaust do you have? Looking for a mid volume muffler...

I'm looking to replace my muffler at some point soon...I have a low mileage 325ic, so I'm not getting into a full swap out, especially considering zero power gains...I just want clean looking tips and a more aggressive sound...if you were to rank exhaust volume on a 1-10 with 1 being stock, I'm looking for like...a 4 or 5. No drone at cruise, the deeper the better. Would IE fall into that category? Seems from what I've read they would be more like a 2 or 3...what's the next step up volume wise? Borla? Flowmaster? Supersprint?

There should be a comprehensive exhaust thread....am I missing something somewhere?

    Thanks folks!

I have a Fox exhaust on my vert and it has a sweet note to it.

I'm not sure the next time I'll be heading South but I'll PM you when I do so you can check it out.

Or let me know if you plan to come up North to Vancouver.

I have the "chinese" Ireland Engineering muffler, its pretty quiet, fitment issues though, it knocks against my body and clunks on bumps

      i would call it a 4 i think

my rusted out stock muffler gives a good note. Id say a 3, much louder than stock but looks like shit. Im planning a lower rear add on to cover up the ugly beast.

Single in/Single Out Magnaflow Muffler with 2.5" piping. Also has a Magnaflow Hi-Flow Cat. Good quite Deep tone. Not annoying with top down and I commute 40 miles daily.
