Pulled over by the police? One less thing to write you a ticket about. Many police forces actually do check for a catalytic converter. (Do we think this is unconstitutional? YES)

Interesting page, I had an accident where my cat was out of the car and I accidentally hit the honeycomb with a pointy digging bar a couple hundred times once, car drove better and I never smelled a thing.

haha, looks good. But if you want one that is 2.5" just have them weld a smaller pipe with a 2.5" flange on it
