    O2 help please!?!?!?!?!Thanks.

I searched all 22 pages of the exhaust thread and couldnt find an answer. Has anyone mounted or heard of mounting their O2 sensor anywhere other than the header? Like in the center section or something? The reason I ask is because I screwed up and had my headers ceramic coated without installing a bung, yeah kinda pissed I totally forgot about doing so. I would rather spray the center section with rattle can heat paint than having to have the header recoated.

It really shouldnt affect anything as long as it is mounted before the catalytic coverter.

So I got my headear and exhaust installed. Because the header is a split 3 for the 6 cylinder I put the O2 sensor on the 123 cylinder header. The car seems to be running rich now (exhaust is wet). Should I have put the O2 sensor on the 456 cylinder header? Or should a just break down and buy a $150 or whatever new O2 sensor because it may be time for a new one? Any help is greatly appreciated.

don't have the same motor as you but on one of the other threads (i forget which one) someone said as long as it reads 456 then it'll run fine.
