MagniFlow Bolt on Cat Kit

I have to get my new exhaust installed and the previous owner decided to weld the muffler to the exhaust. I am thinking of having a shop weld flanges are just replace the potentially rusty exhaust system and upgrade the cats. Below is what I am thinking. Anyone had any experience with this bolt-on whole kit?

They are on sale until midnight on Tuesday 12/01 at Bimmerworld. At least the one for the E30 M42 is on sale. I'm ready to order one since I don't think the cat has ever been replaced in my 91 318i.

I got one for my M20, it wasn't too bad... the hanger was welded in the wrong place though, so I had to get creative. And I also needed to dangle* from the downpipe after bolting it up to the headers because it was slightly angled upwards.

So I guess it depends on your definition of 'wasn't too bad'.

*dangle my fat ass from a strap wrapped around the pipe to bend it a touch
