Need help with turbo build on a 91 e30 m42

So I had some questions regarding turbo'ing my 91 e30 with an m42 motor.

So this is what i have so far..

turbonetics t3/t4 turbo
turbonetics wastegate
drag intercooler and piping
blitz bov
Apexi AFC neo
AEM wideband EUGO
Apexi avcr
oil lines and pumbing

This is what i am getting or need custom made
Downpipe

1) My question is will the afc be good enough for tuning? or would I need to go stand alone. If I need to go stand alone what would you recomend for a novice . anything fairly decent in price and easy to use?

2) Does anyone have a used stand alone for my car that they are willing to part with?

3) Which injectors would you recommend?

4) How many lbs of boost would you recommend? I was thinking 9lbs. is that safe?

5) anything else i would need?

6) are there any shops in the area that can do the tuning? anywhere between los angeles and san bernardino to orange county

m42s can take 14lbs safely.

I would go with a Plug n Play Megasquirt and use that.

Does anybody know a shop that can install and tune the car? I was leaning toward megasquirt. I just dont know any bmw tuners.

I have a good n tight manifold. i forgot to list that. I think my main issue is in the tunning. I can get everything installed with no problems. But i dont know any bmw tuners. most likely i will be going megasquirt.

If you go MS, I can give you a copy of my .msq that will get you started. That being said, you can teach yourself MS in a couple of weeks. I tuned my car myself after getting started with a base map from DTM (built the pnp MS).

After you have MS installed, any tuning shop can tune it. It is just a MAP based ECU so it shouldn't be a problem if you wanted it dyno tuned. Would be expensive though... that kind of dyno time isn't cheap.

Megasquirt for E30 M42

They do have a plug and play for the 318is? I've been looking and couldn't find it. Also i wouldn't mind grabbing that .msq file to help me out with a base tune.
