    MegaSquirt/headgasket question

    Was looking at diyautotune site and they offer these >

    MegaSquirt-I Programmable EFI System PCB3.0 - Assembled Unit

    MegaSquirt-II EMS System - SMD PCB3.57 - Assembled Unit

    I was woundering if going with the EFI system would be an easier rout then the EMS system as far as wiring and tunning goes? I mean, as my first build would EMS be more complicated then EFI system or would it be worth it to just go with the EMS? Has anyone ever used the assembled units, and will the assembled units work? I am running 8-10psi stock internals on 60k m20b25, bigger injectors (of course), and stock headgasket with arp studs.

    Also i have been reading a lot and getting two sides if things so sorry for all the questions.

    Can i run stock headgasket with arp studs without welding the water jacket groves around the cylinders or is that more for reinforcement? Also would it be wiser to run an MLS gasket with the arp studs or will the stock gasket do?
