    strengthening a stock b27 block.

Hi have a 325e block that I want to make stronger for forced induction without having to resort to forged internals as they cost alot of $$$. How much boost can a stock block can handle with just the little things like rings and bearings replaced.
Also what does it mean to "O-ring" the block/head? alot of people do it with forced induction.

    O-Ring'd Block
    O-ring'd Head Thread

I did the block, using ARP studs and a stock goetze headgasket (1.75mm), works like a charm. twice.

All-Red/MHW style Professional Tinted Tail lights
PnP EMS, fuel injectors, wideband o2 systems

what do mean by that??? if it works like a charm then it shouldn't crack a head gasket. or couldn't you get enough of dialing up the boost.
With your car are you running stock internals,
I know the process of o-ringing but what does it actualy do? does it lock the gasket down into place or what?

I think he means he has done two builds that way.
