This one here is BS.

There is one sold in Europe (called TurboNet if I rember correctly) that AT LEAST spins under its own power, and even that one doesn't really work. Actually, it is only good to help the car pass emissions at idle with flying colours. I know this because I called up the designer of this 5 years ago.....anyways, as far as boosting your E30 goes, forget it.
