    Spark plug wires?

Hi guys I just bought a e30 turbo. It's running with a AI research garret 60mm, 24# injectors and a TCD chip. Obviously megasquirt or another standalone would be better.

The spark plug wires are getting old and one of them literally falls off of the spark plug with NO effort. Im wondering what spark plug wires I should replace them with? OEM or something more performance that bimmerworld or turner or Ireland engineering sells?

    oem is fine.

All-Red/MHW style Professional Tinted Tail lights
PnP EMS, fuel injectors, wideband o2 systems

      Which are cheaper?
I bought some bavauto ones and they're still good after 4 years. How long
are they supposed to last usually?

They last until they don't. My original wire set was on the car for nearly 23 years.

Plug wires are maintenance items and need to be changed
when they're worn and out of spec. :/

So after 23 years, they're toast. Out of spec.

Yup. Something like that. Its like asking how long wheel bearings last. It's not an airplane with a mandatory TBO.
