Just a quick note to make. The lower bolts on the m21 manifold are very very close to the block. I looked into something like this when I got my manifold. Make sure you put that head on a block for a test run like that to make sure you done have any problems there.

I noticed this whan I first looked into "notching" my manifold
hence the shape of the laser cut flange. I wanted the smallest foot print
possable. plus you have to add the width of the exhaust gasket pushing the flange from the head..
If anybody happens to see anything I may have missed please chime in..
I appreciate any and all feedback...https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar...re-irs.356333/

Ok Update...
So went back and changed a bit..
Cut out a flange in 7ga just for mochup..
Counter sunk the lower hole, tapped the td hole
threaded in the stock stud.. Mounted to head.. and slid on the 524td
manifold, and it fit perfact...
I was sooo happy....
Again this is only a mochup part it is not
the final product, it is only 7ga.
This is the mochup part bolted to the head

So as you can see it fit perfact..
SO like a giddy school girl before prom night
I jumped on the next set..
Again this is only a mochup part it is not
the final product, it is only 7ga.
So I cut this next set out of 5/16"
Then ran out of time in the day soo I'll finish this
set on monday and properly mount and bolt all 6 adaptors with
the Turbo manifold up...

Ok so I'm thinking of building 10set for board members
But I trying to keep it a cheap as possible.
So I'm thinking of offering two options
~First one will be the 6 adaptors with 6 lower flush mount bolts, and td hole taped. (this Option will use the stock lower stud threaded into the adaptor. Locktite will be suggested) $60 +shipping ????
~Second option will be same as the first but, with a new stud that will be threaded in and tig welded. $80 +shipping ????
Let me know what you guys think.....?
Edit due to me be big ass...Last edited by MonkeyMadness; 01-11-2011, 11:12 AM.https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar...re-irs.356333/
