How much is too much?

Ok so I got a nice Garret Turbo and I really like it alot..
The problem is it has noticable side to side shaft movement and some what endplay..
Now when assembled neather the intake or exhaust tubines touch
the housings and nothing rubs.. Is this Ok?

If not where can I get a rebuild kit and how hard would it be to fix?

you normally have to send turbos out. some places do factory impellar replacement for pretty cheap. all depends on who you know.

Garret does sell rebuild kits for about $100. Someone did a write up on their holset rebuild and the manual said to mark the shafts and nuts etc. That way when you put it back together its still balanced.
