Head studs?

    Head studs?

    Ok I try'd vac motor sports calling them looking for M20b25 head studs could not find them. Does anybody know where I could find some at also I've found this place called german imported parts anybody know any good reviews on there head gaskets on a budget build for this year because I'm buying a house and I really need to keep it under 3000 for building the car being its been sitting for 8 month's and I've got alot to do plus turbo :ohsnap:

    Ireland engineering sells ARP head studs for like 2$$ i think

    edit: nomade30 on e30tech sells them for 230 shipped

      or depending on your set up you could use metric blues.there like $40 shipped and ive seen them hold up pretty well

        Mine are torqued to 65lbs and i'm boosting 1bar

          Ireland does have them but I was looking at VAC's website a couple days ago and saw them listed for the M20. Strange that they told you they did not have them.

              Sounds good about the metric blue ones because I'm only looking for about 7psi for now untill I can get some more money up to build the bottom end up and does anybody know the torque spec on these and do I use the washer's that are on the headbolts already?

                they come with washers when you buy them and most torque them anywhere from 65 to 80.mine are at 65 as well with no problems
