Post pictures with out the valance so we can see your mounting provisions and oil cooler clearance. The the hard elbows allow your headlights to fit with out cutting the buckets? If not get some silicone elbows. Also t-bolt clamps are pretty cheap on ebay if when you buy in bulk.

you couldn't have mounted it lower so you can keep the headlights?

if i would have mounted it lower then it wouldn't get any air running through it, the only mounting are the 2 top gold bolts. 1 u cant see because of the angle and the other is covered by the ratchet, in this position, the intercooler is hidden the way i like, the oild cooler did not need relocated.

havent found time to do the head light, car is a 1988 bmw 325i convertible, im in the middle of a 2.7 eta bottom end swap
