Yo fellas I'm looking for an intercooler that has top inlets and will fit the BMP RS bumper. Anyone off hand running one? iflytii?

That bumper should clear damn near any intercooler you can fit between the frame rails. As long as you are mounting it with the outlets on top of the frame rail so that the plumbing does not interfere with the fogs. I welded a bar between the two mounting brackets. That should allow to mount the intercooler to it as well.
