I am looking into building my own turbo adapter using the factory cast manifolds. Where might I be able to purchase 2 of the 3 bolt flanges that mate up to the factory headers? Any help would be appreciated!

Try taking them to a machine shop to be replicated.
You could always contact 666 Fabrication to see if they will sell a set of flanges, as they sell an adapter that does what you're doing.sigpic

Take your manifold off...knock out your studs, trace out your flange shape. Buy some material (thickness I don't know) and cut it out. Make your own if you don't want to buy the whole piece. Seems logical to me. If you can make the rest, make the whole thing.Comment

Most large metal supply places will have a fire, laser, or waterjet cutter and can make them.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
