What do you guys think of this to route the wastegate dump pipe. Screamer pipes are a big no no where I live.

I mean, I don't see why it wouldn't work, but honestly if you're big baller enough to have an external wastegate it doesn't take much to have another pipe welded onto your downpipe.

I think that that would be very poor at managing boost. Does it look like it flows well to you?

That is my worry actually. Where the connectors link to the flex pipe seems to get narrower which could cause a restriction or make little impact. I'm mainly interested in this because my wastegate recirc is a bit a tricky. My fab skills isn't great at the moment. I've never welded before.

i would get the U bend pipe that is the correct size for your WG exit. if you can tac the pipes in place it will be much easier for the welder to finish weld it up. do you have a flange for the exit side?

No such thin as a quiet screamer pipe. I'd just slap it on and drive to a trusted exhaust shop. They should be able to knock it out in an hour.

I might have to do that. Most exhaust shops here these days are too scared to do custom work. They usualy get of the shelf systems and just fit it up. There is a shop that I have spoken to that custom makes all their exhaust systems. They mainly work on trucks but they also have the odd muscle car their that's getting the finishing touches done to the restoration project. I'll have to ask him if he car do the wastegate recirc, and dump pipe which is also very tricky since the steering shaft is in the way.
This question was just a thought to make life easier instead of getting a pipe fabricated up.

get a u bend pipe off of ebay and tach it up then take it to a place nd have them finish weld it not really a huge issue.

Make sure to get a flex pipe between WG and downpipe.

                    Will do.
Goodish news I've got a job interview in a couple days as an apprentice engine builder at a machine shop. They also do fabrication work making intake plenums and exhaust manifolds.
It will be a big help for me if I can get this job. So I can learn to how to fabricate my own bits and pieces. And get some money in for my project.
