Eaton M90 installed on 325is

I completed the install of an Eaton M90 on my 325is. The last several weeks I have been fine tuning, as well as, seeing how things work at a race pace in the local autocross. The difference in power is amazing and instant, perfect for autocross.

I am running megasquirt with wasted spark. The alternator has been relocated to the power steering location to make room for the blower. I am running an e36 pulley on the crank and a 2.5 pulley on the blower making approx. 8-10lbs of boost. The factory radiator has been replaced with a dual core unit. The clutch fan has been removed and an electric fan placed between the intercooler and radiator. The power steering rack has been replaced with a rack from a 1.9L Z3 which gives it 2.7 turns lock to lock. I fabricated a bracket and wired a circuit for a electric power steering pump from a Toyota MR2. It is placed where the air conditioner was previously located and is operated from the dash. Under normal driving conditions the power steering is not needed but for autocross, track days and things like the Dragons Tail it is very nice to have. I will try to get some better photos with more details and video at the next autocross.
