First Day of my Turbo Tune update

Hey whats up guys i been building me turbo for about a year know is finally done. Here is my first day of tune, and of course we had some issues one, the MS is cutting our at 4500 rpm trying to figure it out By the way WhodWho is the guy i bought my MS from is super knowledgeable and available through out the whole day to answer questions thanks WhodWho if you reading this. Second problem we are making to much boost we thought we had a 15 lb spring at the gate but it turns out (i think that we have a 22lb spring) so we make 22lb at 4500 RPM it was nice but i would not last long on the stock internals. Here is the quick video i took on the Dyno. By the way the shop that doing the tune is Horsepower Freaks you probably know of them, these guys are incredible of what they do, you guys need anything this is the place to go.

      possibly spark blowout?
I would not be surprised if HPF could make a tune for 22psi that would last on a stock m20

buy another m20, start building it. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that would LOVE to see how long it would take to blow. I bet you could get a good 10k miles out of it.

Figured out the rev issue, the CPS sensor gap was to big, thanks to whodwho, he is the man to go to if you have MS questions, thanks again. Final tune numbers will be in on Monday, let keep the fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong and the motor wont blow.

Depends on the turbo.. but the stock motor is good for 500+whp on pump + meth....

What clutch are you using that's holding 22lbs of boost?

hrm...cutting out at 22psi.. When your map sensor is a 2.5bar (absolute) map sensor.

The map sensor on most ms setups only go up to 21psi. That is unless you use a 3bar map, or a 4 bar map.

If its not that, check your coil dwell.

If it is the sensor, you might also want to check that wastegate.

The cutout was sync loss from the CPS gap and basically rev cutting at ~4500

He is not shooting for 22psi, I believe he is going for about 1 bar but the WG had a incorrect spring.
