    e30 s50 turbo opinions!!

So i recently finished the swap on my car and i am starting to put together a turbo kit. I already ordered the manifold and now i am looking into turbos but i am not exactly sure which one to buy i want to boost around 7-9 psi for now then probably later up the boost maybe to around 14-15 psi. I've been reading and a lot of people go for gt30 or gt35s but i don't really want to spend 700 or 800 dollars on a turbo lol my price range is in the 400-500. any suggestions? i was also looking into this turbo http://www.ebay.com/itm/Garrett-T3-T...item3a6f7bd8cf

I have a holset HX35 with a 12cm^2 exhaust housing and 8 blade compressor size. Rebuild like 100 miles ago. It'll basically be insta spool and pull great at 15psi. $400 pre shipping.

        Status: HG repair. 488wtq though!

It will def fit on a good and tight manifold. Didn't know blunttech made a mani. I used a ford 3 bolt flange for the exhaust. Cut off and weld on whatever you want if you don't like that. Ignore the dust in the pictures. Was doing lots of bondo sanding.

i would try and find a used one of these. it would be perfect for your hp goals.

and yeah good & tight makes an amazing manifold/downpipe combo that can be made specific to the turbo you have.

But what is your engine management plans?
