I have a M42 that I want to rebuild I plan on turbo 'ing it. I want to Push atleast 15psi. Any suggestions on what to the do with my engine rebuild?

Drop the CR to about 9 or even 9.5. some say that's too high, but that's because tuning wasn't able to keep up back in the old days. Run standalone engine management, it will solve most of your tuning issues from the get go.
