524td manifold questions

I picked up a 524td manifold for cheap for my e30 turbo build,its already ported and notched, but I can't find any builds using it or info on how it flows etc. I've read people saying it flows like crap but sounds like here-say,would like some solid info. Thanks

Will support up to 400whp from what i've read on e30tech. Its a split pulse design so it can't be crap. Has to be better then a lob manifold that so many people are happy with. I personally don't like the exhaust pulse noise my log manifold creates under deceleration. Check out the condor speed shop build.
