How did you stock 325 go on 10 psi.
its now on 12 PSI with only 16 degree timing at WOT. Only way to describe it ...it accelerates like if I have a V8 under the hood. Lots of low end power except I get a great mid range and some high end too. ITs a beast right now

Its exactly what the E30 needed... now I will prepare for the turbo side (twincharge)

on your setup I would use the M90 (the one off the thunderbird) and run it at max 5PSI with a good amount of timing and the M50 crank pulley I have one if you need.

For a 2.9 stroker I would use the M90 SC instead of the M62, I used th e M62 for my engine which is smaller

I would run max boost 5PSI - 10.2:1 Compression on you stroker.

I am looking at a supercharger kit that is made for a m20 that claims 250WRHP
on a stock 325i. and i think it will make my stroker thrash.
Is my high compression going to be a real issue.
I know turbo is more efficient and cheaper but i don't want to turbo. and i have heard SC are safer.

98 RON is roughly the same as 93 here. It's nothing special.

with engine like you have + turbo + e85 + tuning = BIG WIN :)
i want to SC its easier because i have no AC and it will slot right in there.
Unlike a turbo where my car is RHD so i have all the steering components in the way, and the heat that a turbo immits.
