intercooler mounting

I was wondering if anyone has mounted an ebay 21x9x2.75 with 2.5in in and out up behind the kidneys without modifying any part of the body?

hmm so from the couple writups ive seen the only reason their cutting is to give more direct airflow to the ic? Doesn't seem to be any fitment issues except for the bottom of the headlights

Less piping and less bends is better.

yeah well the piping shouldn't be too much of a problem but the car this is going on has an mtech body so I'm trying to avoid cutting anything. I liked this setup when I saw it because it looks like there's not much fitment cutting required

I didnt cut anything on mine and im pretty sure i m using the same intercooler but its a god speed one

ill be fitting my intercooler down low and moving the oil cooler to the right hand gaurd. ill just removed the spot light and have an aftermarket oil cooler there. i just want to leave the grill clear so i still get optimal air flow to the radiator which is more important to me.
