    octane booster?

    So in my area93 and 92 are the readily available . I really like to run 100 in my Turbo e36 drift car so I was wonder what your guys take on octane boost is

    The stuff at pepboy?

    If you ping on 92 it's still going to ping with that snake oil stuff.
    Like radiator repair fluid or compression and piston recovery goo.

    All on the same shelf. Boosts octane up to 3 points which mean 92.03

          Yes a big scam.
          Like M30 afm swaps and unplugging the o2. ricer stuff like that.

            That little $3 tube of radiator stop leak plugged up the pin hole leak in my $700 radiator in less then a minute.

                I would say it works well, I had a tank full of 89 oct. after I put the turbo setup in my car. I put that 101 "race" additive in and it ran fine with 89 in it!
