Everyone says automatically to avoid em but I found someone selling a new eBay turbo kit for really cheap so I'm wondering if it would be worth picking up. I'm not planning on using the manifold or the turbo but it still seems like a good deal just for the intercooler, all the piping and all the other little random stuff. What do you guys think?

Yeah, some kits include some good & cheap staff, you can deal with them .. -
Here's what I would use from the eBay kit: Let's use this one as an example Ebay link here.
Intercooler
Intercooler piping and couplers
Manifold depending on fitment of course (ad states e36 manifold, lol)
Possibly the 2 BOV's...lot's of people have had good luck with the BOV's from eBay (Greddy knock-off)
Parts I would replace:
Turbo
Oil cooler if you plan on running one
All oil lines, ebay oil lines do leak.
Gauges
Boost controller
Turbo timer if you plan on running one
What you'll need after all of that ^^:
Megasquirt or other EMS
Bigger fuel injectors
Spark plugs
Exhaust
Head studs
Lots of time and patienceComment
