    Eaton M90 + BMW M42?

Has anyone done this? I've heard that the M62 would be better matched and that an M90 would be a bit big, creating some boost lag. The main reason I'm wondering right now is because someone has an M90 up on this site for a damn good deal, so it's looking pretty tempting to try to make it work.

    Any help?
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

I think the m90 would work, but would cause more parasitic loss of power due to its size (not lag). I think a m62 would be more properly fitting for your 1.8l

I wanna try one on the M52 in my Rover for more torque. One thing at a time though. Interesting to so you do this.
