Turbo or S/C my E30S50 vert?

is it dangerous to make my vert too fast? idk how it will handle with more than 300 rwhp. should i turbo and go for big hp, or s/c and just make it a bit more fun?

anyone with a vert putting up big numbers?

You afraid the verts will fold in half or what's the deal?

Have a proper roll bar or half cage built by a reputable shop if you're worried. I am probably going to eventually have Rhom Innovations build me a removable one so I can do track days and mountain road runs with a little more safety, even though I currently have a stock M20B25.

It's simply because there aren't too many e30 verts. I've seen a turbo vert or too, but there's probably the same percentage of turbo verts putting down over 300whp as there are turbo sedans/coupes.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

^ I don't know about that but there are definitely a good bit of high horsepower verts out there. Just do it OP

hammer around in the S50 for a while. I have a beefed up suspension and strut bar on my cabrio...its rock solid and balanced well.

If anything a cabrio will have a slightly lower centre of gravity since its missing the roof weight. But if you do flip, you're in deep shit.

I am in the early stages of collecting turbo parts. 8) It's this years winter project.

Vert will do fine with boost/power. Our Vert's weigh more than the coupes slicktop/sunroof models. If your not doing stupid shit there is no chance in flipping.
