    Turbo Fueling

    Hey guys,
I'm almost finished with my turbo build, but i have a few questions. My tuner told me that if i expect to push over 10psi, i would need a return to the fuel tank. He said that it would be best if i have the main fuel feed straight to the rail and the regulator after the rail with a return to the tank. Is this true? or would something like this (http://store.vacmotorsports.com/aero...ator-p102.aspx) solve my problems? How have you other turbo rev members designed your setups?
I currently have the miller MAF and WAR chip, yet am ready to sell for MSPNP setup(if anyone is interested). Will not be able to use the miller setup due to 42# injectors.

Your e30 will handle easily 400hp on stock fuel system. Well over 10 psi. Throw in a walbro 255 and it can handle even more.

Uhm thats how the E30 is setup dude. A healthy (stock) fuel delivery system should suffice 10+psi

Your turbo build has directions right?

what do you mean by directions? i just never payed that much attention to the fuel system. My tuner told me that it was non return, he mainly does honda's but is a superb welder. I just didnt think much of it, when he said it.

What does he being a superb welder have to do with it??

I think you need a new tuner...

judging by the welding looks like your using DRIVEN performance to do your welding? Why not go right down the road literally 1/8th mile to CES and talk to Jon, hes the owner and a damn good guy. Hes a BMW guy and focuses strictly on turbo systems. It'll cost you but it will not be done by him unless its done right. They also have a in ground Dyno-Jet

So CES gets your vote for MS dyno tuning in Charlotte? I have been needing to get my e30 properly tuned.

Darrius at driven has been awesome to work with thus far. He was recommended to me by a guy I work with that builds high horsepower evo's. I originally wasn't going to get it tuned there, but he offered and has a dyno in house. I might go check out CES, do you know how much they charge for dyno time? This is my first turbo build btw.
