    Jessey's M50B20 E34 Turbo Project

Hey i have a 90' 520i that i purchased for 800 bucks, at first i bought it for a dd but fell in love with it now im aiming for a good looking street car.

I dont have any pics of the install but i put on bilsteins tourings woth h&r sports, tinted the windows and put a cheap set of 17's on

This winter i decieded to park the car in my garage and start on the turbo build... The first dumb thing i did was purchased a turbo kit

From this kit i used the waste gate, and all the lines and hoses, intercooler piping, air filter... not much... so it was a huge mistake...

i upgraded the manifold to a TCD M50 Turbo mani. the turbo i went with a t4 center housing GSP turbo, i changed the intercooler, and BOV

The first thing i did was changed the H.G. with the MLS

sorry i got to excited and slapped the head back on before i could take pictures

i did pick up some larger injectors but i didnt install the when i put everything back together.... a few local guys helped me phoose out some 42lbs "Green Giants" injectors for my setup

i continued with installing the rest of the paskage and took picks of it together... but with no exhaust

and i have a video of the good starting of the setup, i didnt have the icv hooked into the mani soooo it didnt run, as well i was a tooth off on the timing chain

Uploading them to photobucket or a similar hosting site will be your best bet.

Zip ties and duct tape will work as a temporary fix.
