So have they been installed and tested on a running car prior to finalizing a jig and all that other fun stuff? I've seen similar designs make 5lbs of boost with out a wastegate even installed.Last edited by einstein57; 07-31-2013, 04:27 PM.Leave a comment:

The band saw spit a bearing and RLD is waiting on it(tomorrow it arrives) to finish cutting the collectors. We need those to run the tubing to each hole. So it left him dead in the water for the last week on EVERY order he has in house. I HOPE to have an m30 manifold tac'd by the end of next week. Right now first is m20 and the customer that paid his deposit. That is all that matters right now, then I will mock up the m30 in my car and get those put out.
Hang in there, I should have waited a month to bust this out with production closer. But RLD is amazing and does unreal top shelf work. I would not have taken my personal car to him with this venture if I did not think it would come to fruition.Leave a comment:

Spent ALLL day yesterday prepping all the bends. It will be mocked up and a jig made this week. Hang in there bud, the first one always takes the longest because there is not a jig or a basic pattern put into notes.
It will be perfect don't you worry ;)Leave a comment:

The plan was to either make my own(which would not look nearly as nice), or have a friend make it. He does awesome work.
But these look to be at least the same level of quality as my friends, and I wouldnt need to leave my car with him to make it.Leave a comment:

oh shit. twinscroll m20.
any plans for 24v? i don't know if the engine bay allows for it, but a twinscroll 24v manifold would be the bees knees.Leave a comment:
