Well I got the turbo off of a eighties 760 volvo, its .52 on the cold side, unsure about the hot side but it's much larger than my old .42 hotside turbo. I'm running 12 psi and it has the potential for more, but I wouldn't be able to give you an exact number. It spools around 2k RPMs. I use an ebay bleeder style boost controller. Used miscellaneous saab, volvo, & whatever else is in the junkyard for inter cooler couplings, so not too many part numbers. I bought my oil feed line off of ebay; it is a braided SS hose with a m12x1.5 banjo on one side and an autometer 2277 fitting on the other to get it to thread into the block. Tapped the pan & used barbed garden hose fittings with some large flat washers, it's all explained in my build thread.

    If you're interested here's a link to it:Click Me

Hopefully it's possible with a new OEM headgasket, arp studs, and more boost; that's what I'm shooting for:pimp:

Gasket it in.. And I'm going to use the metal line cutter and remove the crumpled portion.. Maybe causing to much pressure and forcing a leak some where else

Jack it up a few inches and let it idle. Better check out that hissing noise asap if you're smelling fuel. Don't want it to turn into a Ferarri.
