    m50 boost HELP

i have m50b25 with mls .140 hg, arp head studs, otis manifold, hx35 turbo, 3inch dp, 60lbs injectors, turbo smart boost controller and trm chip. i have a 44mm mvr tial wg on the manifold. This is what happend...... i had a 2.25 inch exhaust going from the dp to a magnaflow muffler, and a 5.35psi spring (blue spring) in there and the wg would open at 8psi. then one day i went and replaced the exhaust with a full straight 3 inch exhaust no muffler. once i started driving the wg started opening @ 12psi. so i called trm and they said get the smallest spring ( the red one) i replaced it and now it boosts @ 15psi!!!!! i was told maybe the boost controller could be the problem, so i removed it and it didnt do anything. i also switched back to the blue spring wich is 5.85 psi. why am i over boosting????

all the ports on the wg that arent being used are plugged. PLEASE HELP ME

Blow some pressure through your Wastegate vacuum lines. Could be clogged with gunk/oil.

          I said that too.
After deleting the MBC, changing the waste-gate spring twice(annoying location on my car), it was just the lines..

Anywho, check lines whether clogged or pinched.
Is it pegging at 15psi or are you taking it that far and stopping out of fear? Your diaphragm could of ruptured? I have that same gate.

              :(

Check to see if they are clogged. Blow-by crap can get into the lines over time.

Wait wtf. Leave your top air port on the waste gate OPEN. Plug the side air ports that you aren't using.

check the diaphragm in the tial. Check it all holds pressure and doesn't leak.

                        fake tial are rife....

Did you add the silencer and tip to the exhaust and did that help?

Otis got it, you need something in the exhaust line, we have had a bunch of customers with the same issue, added a muffler and they are all set and holding steady
