Nice work! I can feel your pain learning the megasquirt. I like what you did with the coils, I may have to steal that.

    Thanks!

And she is nearing completion. Here is how she sits now. Still working out a few kinks and the tune but she's fast as hell.

It will even out your fuel ve table stabilize the afrs under boost.

How difficult was getting the COP set up running? I'm still running the EDIS with a coil pack and would like to convert to COP.

Awesome, i'll give that a go.

Easy man, so very easy, wired up the coils 2 to each logic output, a,b,c. Switched to wasted spark in the ignition options, fired right up, not one issue.

I'll play with it some more, haven't had any signs of detonation.

The car idles as smooth as glass lol.

Question, i have my afr's in the 12-13 range under 100kpa, above that is where i should be in mid 11's, right? And would i do that by changing the afr table and using the afr target?

Check your spark plugs for detonation, also NGK B7ES plugs will work great.

Keep your AFR's in the mid 11's

Your timing at idle should have all the same values, from 800-1000 rpm in the lower left were the map dot is while the car is running. This will smooth out your idle.

That first picture is screwing with me - it almost looks like a painting.

Either way, nice build! Congrats on getting it on the street. Hope you budgeted new rear tires!

Ok ok, been a long time since i updated. She's Alive!!!!

Pulls like a freight train, boost is insane.

In the process of installing the stage 5 clutch now, stock would slip at about 8 psi. Still working on tuning in. Also tracking down an oil leak that covered the entire underside of the car.

But boy is she fun. This is going to be an abusive relationship for sure...
