Do I have to remove my engine to get the headers on?

Nope. Put on the 2 manifolds then slide the catalytic up.
This is for stock headers. Idk about aftermarket

I got the stock headers off and a log style 524td manifold on by dropping the stock and building a new exhaust... the engine itself didnt have to move. There is room for a whole family on the exhaust side, hence why we put turbos there.

Those rusty 25 year old header bolts though.... prepare yourself for pain.
