I want to buy a genuine Holset HX35, preferably with a 12cm^2 exhaust housing. Must be in good, working condition with minimal shaft play. Let me know what's out there!

Look on Cumminsforum, Diesel Bombers and other diesel sites for these. they let them go pretty cheap (250 ish) and all you need is a rebuild kit ($60). much more reliable than Ebay also.
Only thing is that the HX off cummins (12v and some 24v) were internally wastegated (HX35W) and its hard to find one thats not. However, its not hard to plug up the wastegate hole thingy (sorry, dont know the real term.)
Dont be scared to buy a turbo off of a diesel, just get the rebuild kit. and those snails are near bulletproof.
