Bit off more than I can chew

I started a turbo project for my e30 about 2 months ago. Researched all the stuff... How the turbo works, what parts I need, etc. I bought it all but not having a garage is killing me... I live on ft bragg and have been using my trunk as a garage... and I'm giving in, I need help. Can anyone recommend a place to get it installed around fayetteville nc? Thanks.

doesn't Ft Bragg have an auto shop with tools and lifts and everything? Ft Benning has a huge one, even Hunter Army Airfield has like 14 bays and 5 lifts. I'd check there, its usually dirt cheap too.
